Out of business

In 2020, we started MW with the intention to bring something to the IL’s Car Community and in 2022, we did just that, we brought food, snacks, drinks, vendors, and other car crews to a reaccuring event known as Wraithfest. After losing our spot, and contract, we turned to Tunerfest 2024 and successfully formed our legitimate LLC. However due to lack of profits, we were forced to dissolve our LLC. And downsized our company and team. We hoped everyone understands that nothing lasts forever. It was fun while it lasted and it’s not cheap to keep doing what we do. We needed to restart and rebuild. We still love cars as much as the next person. But we needed to understand that you only get so many point A to point B’s so you better make them count. And being there for each other all these years, really showed how much we cared about each other. Oh how we would want to keep setting up that tent and bringing drinks and snacks to these shows for the fans. But things happen, to us, to you, to me. that must come first. Please understand we never wanted this to happen. But yk shit happens.
